Our journey began in London as property developers, before expanding our development activities into the GCC in 2008 and later into contracting. As our projects grew in scale and complexity, so did our procurement requirements. We developed the in-house expertise, global supply chain and manufacturer relationships needed to manage large-scale procurement across our own developments — from technical evaluation and value engineering to supplier vetting, compliance, logistics, tariffs and customs.

Today, we bring that same developer and contractor perspective to our clients. Combining hands-on project experience with an in-house techno-commercial team, relationships with hundreds of manufacturers and vendors worldwide, we manage procurement from requirement through to delivery — reducing cost and risk, simplifying complexity and delivering greater value across every project.

Pasha founded Fairbridge Procurement in 2014 and has since directed procurement for organisations managing project portfolios exceeding USD 100 million, negotiating multi-continent supply agreements and bringing materials in on budget, on specification and on schedule. That track record shapes how Fairbridge Procurement operates today: as the party that owns and executes procurement for its clients, not one that advises from the sidelines.

His background spans strategic and category sourcing, high-value contract negotiation, tendering and vendor selection, and landed-cost evaluation — sourcing across multiple continents and turning vendor selection into commercial advantage: quality proven, reliability verified, and every term negotiated to protect all those involved. He holds an executive qualification in Supply Chain Management from the University of Cambridge and has led procurement functions to full ISO 9001:2015 compliance throughout his career.

Vilan Daswatte
Commercial Director

Vilan brings over 25 years of chartered quantity surveying experience in procurement, cost control, and commercial management to Fairbridge Procurement. He spent the majority of his career in senior commercial leadership at Carillion, one of the UK's largest construction and infrastructure contractors, where he was accountable for cost control, contract administration, and commercial performance across major projects. That background gives Fairbridge Procurement the technical depth to evaluate bids on both commercial and cost terms, not just price on paper.

His expertise spans quantity surveying, contract administration, cost planning, and commercial risk management — the discipline that underpins how Fairbridge Procurement evaluates every bid: technically sound, commercially rigorous, and priced to reflect the true landed cost, not just the number on the page.
